My background is in physics and machine learning: my passion is conservation. I hope to learn from the experts (you!) in on-going conservation projects and the academics working at the academia-conservation interface to make my research relevant and applicable to real-world initiatives, rather than simply a whirlwind of data processing and machine learning algorithms.
